Hosting & Infrastructure Costs What’s Included (and What’s Not)
Cloud hosting, on-premise infrastructure, server rental, domain registration, data backup, and other third-party infrastructure costs are charged separately from your ERP implementation cost.
These charges depend on your chosen service provider, including:
Cloud hosting providers
AWS or other cloud infrastructure providers
VPS providers
Server vendors
Data backup service providers
Unless explicitly stated in your proposal, third-party infrastructure costs are not included in the one-time ERPNext implementation fee.
You’re free to choose the hosting setup that best fits your business requirements, budget, security needs, and existing IT infrastructure whether that’s cloud, on-premise, or a hybrid model.
